The Aged and Disability Care Information Service (ADCIS) is a non-government organisation established in 1989 that operates in Tasmania, Australia. ADCIS is a project auspiced by the Council on the Ageing (Tasmania) Inc. It receives government funding through the Home and Community Care Program.

Originally, the principal function of ADCIS was to provide an information and referral service throughout Tasmania for older people, people with disabilities and carers. This was done primary through a Freecall telephone service.

ADCIS commenced publishing the information that it collected in order to provide its information service in the ADCIS Directory in 1994. Initially, the Directory was published on floppy disk, and was utilised mainly by other Home and Community Care service providers. The Directory is now available both on CD-ROM and on the Internet. It is being used by people from a broad range of groups, including service providers in both the aged and the disability sectors, General Practitioners and other health professionals, people in government, students, and many members of the general community.

With the arrival in early 2001 of the nation-wide network of Commonwealth Carelink Centres that provide an information service throughout Australia for aged people, people with disabilities and carers, ADCIS no longer needed to offer its telephone information and referral service, and ceased handling enquiries directly.

The role of ADCIS is now solely to publish the ADCIS Directory; to give service providers and health professionals, or anyone in the community seeking information for themselves or someone they know access to details about a broad range of services and organisations in Tasmania.
