- assume any responsibility or liability for any entry in the database or for errors or omissions therein (it would nevertheless be appreciated if any inaccuracies are discovered that they be brought to the notice of the Aged & Disability Care Information Service (ADCIS) - please refer to the Updating section of this site);
- assume any responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the indexes to records (created to assist searching activities);
- assume any responsibility for the ability of users to locate or interpret the information within the ADCIS Directory;
- accept any responsibility as to the qualifications of a person, business or company listed. Therefore the listing of a person, business or company under a particular heading does not indicate legal or professional entitlement to carry on a particular trade, business or profession;
- in any way accept liability for loss of any kind resulting from the use or reliance upon by a person of any information in the ADCIS Directory, or for any of service, product or advice given by any person, business or company listed; or

Complaints units within government departments and community advocacy services are operating to provide assistance if difficulties occur with a service.
