Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)

Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) provide planned and co-ordinated packages of community care services designed to assist aged people with complex care needs remain in their own homes.
Care Packages are targeted at frail older people living in the community who are eligible for admission to a residential aged care facility.



Rental Accommodation

Abbeyfield supportive house are planned to provide an affordable, non- institutional group housing option for older people.
